- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
2. Shipping Destinations
- United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
- International: Select countries (availability depends on local shipping regulations)
Note: Some international destinations may require customs clearance, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for overnight deliveries.
- Some products may be restricted from international shipment due to customs regulations.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and work to replace your order if applicable.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please do not discard the packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
7. Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be fulfilled in multiple packages. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times apply to each package separately.
